C++ OCX/DLL HTML Socket/Parsing w DB Write

We need an OCX or DLL written in C++ (whichever is the fastest operating) that has the ability to do the following : 1. Connect to a http address (passed in) 2. Parse elements of HTML 3. Write data to a database (standard sql) 4. Send an event that its finished processing. We have complete source and a working model in VB but its way too slow. OCX MUST be threaded and NON-BLOCKING so that we can use VB to manage 20 or so OCXs running simultaneously in their own threads. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done OCX Usable with Visual Basic 6.0 ## Deadline information Must have good c++ parsing skills, be able to use either winsock to get html pages or microsoft explorer dll, and be able to use ADO, RDO, or DAO to write to sql server.
