Dialogic Predictive Dialer

I need a predicitve dialer that uses a dialogic DTI card. The card will be plugged into a digital phone system and will be required to pick up extensions to dial out and be able to transfer calls using the phone system to waiting agents. The software needs to detect busy or disconnected lines etc... and if a live person is found, be able to transfer the call. The dialer will have a database that can be populated with the numbers to call. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows and linux platform
