So, I need to record times between rising edges from CH1 and CH2, also I need ADC value done/send between edges on CH2. CH1 freq's will be = 5-100HZ CH2 freq's will be = 8-260HZ There will be always at least 2 edges on CH2 between edges on CH1, that means CH2 edges must be captured between edges on CH1. If there won't come pulses on CH2 then code must just capture CH1 and ADC values and send those. There is most time to do ADC and sending timer values to PC is between edges on CH2.
