Customization of Desktop Application

We want to re brand the entire OOo to have the graphical look of MS 2003 and also an user activated option to look like MS 2007 (we know that MS is not providing the license for the new UI ribbon look, but we were looking more like a plug-in). We will need some menu in the tool bar to be renamed or relocated,so the user has the same feel of MS office, for eg: "In OOo "Special Character" does the same function of MS office "Symbol" ,so we just rename" and any extra tools in OOo, but which aren't in MS be relocated to a new tab called "Express", so in this way the use knows that the "Express" tab has new features and in the rest he is happy it is same as MS office. Then maybe renaming the file names etc.. Do review the product called "easy office" in ([login to view URL]) they have done a good job in re branding. Trial is in download.com. Software behavior, is a tricky one. We do want all apps to act as MS Office,but we need to know how much time it will take for s/w behavior to change. One change we want is the OOo base to open "MS Access" files, that's it. Rest we can focus on the graphical look. We will give you the links, license agreements, product icon/splash screen. Also we have done a bit of compilation ourselves and were planning to do 3-4 apps internally, but now due to our urgency we can outsource it immediately.
