I need the following program written to look as if a BEGINNER worked it out, NOTHING FANCY! I need to be able to copy and paste the source code into Borland version 5.02 compiler and run it error free. Purpose: The purpose of this lab assignment is to use the "for", "do" and "while" statements. Assignment: Write a program to prompt the user for an integer from 1 to 15, and then display a multiplication table up to that number. The table should include a title. The following techniques are to be used: 1.) Enclose the entire program in a "while" loop so that the user will be prompted for a certain character, q for example, to quit the program or anything else to run it again. Note that since a while loop tests at the start of the loop, the character value needs to be initialized. 2.) Use a "do" loop to prompt the user for the integer 1 to 15 and verify that it is in range. 3.) Use 2 nested "for" loops to calculate and display the table values. Both will go from 1 to the integer specified. The outer "do" will loop on the table rows, while the inner "do" will loop on the table columns. One and only one value should be displayed on each pass through the inner loop. Run the program to test that it operates as intended, and paste sample output into your source code in a comment block following your program. What I need: 1. C++ source code with complete sample output copied and pasted at the bottom of your source code in a comment block 2. Include appropriate blank lines, indentation and comment statements in your source code.
