I need support for development of a business application for existing and new customers that will become a Business Relationship Management, this application will manage Accounts/Contacts, Products, Sales, Service Request/Work Orders, Employees, Inventory Control, and Reports. This project could be divided into phases, phase I will focus on CRM, Sales and Service Request Modules for that the application should provide Complete information of Customers,Contacts, Products, Service Request, Sales, and Work Orders Purchase(Providers),Inventory Control and Reports. A demo version or trial version for potential customers and user's manual should also be completed on phase I. Phase II should provide greater functionalities, such as Product literature on the Product Options, Service Request Escalation, Alarms, a utility option to accept or upload information for Inventory Control from a bar code reader and more report options, Internet Option and user's e-book of the application. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s), completely bugs free, in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Well bundled application with a Install and Uninstall options with demo version or trial version for potential customers and user's manual (e-book). Will help but not exclude bidders who submit a small completely executable demo version of previous apps. to better evaluate GUI and basic functionalites. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Fully develop in Object Oriented Architecture, C/C++, using the most friendly GUI possible, example TABS to navigate between options, provide Forms and List (hiperlinks to display information). Fully Network Compatible. DB Engines: Phase I -> MS Access, SQL DB Engines: Phase II -> MS Access, SQL, Oracle Fully compatible with Windows 98, 2000, XP Pro. ## Deadline information The delivery deadline for Phase I is (12/18/02) December 18, 2002, Phase II will be discussed on a later stage. Coders from all over are welcome as long as they clearly understand what the requirements for this project are and are quick to response and provide timely feedback or project status
