C++ Asp Com component

What I need is a asp com component that will take multiple files and a destination path and then either binhex the files or stuff them(Using Aladdin SDK) and save them to the server. I need both an in-process(waits for reply) and out-of-process(both waits for a reply and fire and forget). ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
