App waits for keypress, then - if a browser is open - notes current url, and redirects user to another URL using previous URL as a GET variable

Here's how it works. Once app is installed, the user can navigate through our site. If they get to a certain page, and they want a certain bit of data about that page, they press the "F2" button on their keyboard. The page they're on is noted, and then they are redirected (in the open browser if there is one open) to a new page, using the page they were on as a variable. Also, when the person downloads the software, they will be given the option of choosing a username and password. This will be downloaded, along with the app, as a config file. Format of the config file can be simply this: username=bar pass=12345 So when the user presses F2, it also reads that config file and sends those variables too. App should appear in Systray with easy uninstall.
