AntySpyware program for XP and Vista

We need a good anti-spyware tool removal for both xp and vista. The product must be written with MFC C++ or Visual Basic so we can after your development change the whole interface and move around the controls. We need a good starting database for the program and a montly subscription to our users, so we need new definitions maybe to pay in a montly basis by us to you.
