Adobe Photoshop Plugin

The project would be to program an Adobe Photoshop compatible plugin/filter (.8bf, 8bi) based on a set of Photoshop actions (.atn) I have created. Initially (there may be several more to follow) the plugin/filter would comprise a simple user interface/front end with ideally an image preview, 2 sets of 3 "radio buttons" for user selections and a "slider" control for varying the intensity of the final effect(by altering layer opacity). Pdf file attached giving idea of user interface. Currently there are 9 (very similiar) Photoshop actions that comprise approx 7 steps (duplicate-blur-transform-curves adjustment-blending mode change-color fill-layer opacity adjustment). I will provide exact figures for the various stages. I envisage the filter to be coded in C++ using the Photoshop SDK (unless programmer can demonstrate identical results are otherwise obtainable). All components of the filter/plugin are already achievable through the actions so I do not expect any "new" algorithms to be necessary. Automation plugin would be possble alternative to PS filter - coder to advise on this. Ideally plugin should be Windows and Mac compatible. Please quote cost of completed project rather than hourly rate. Should this project be successful then there is the possibiblity that further action sets could be coded into plugins. You may want to quote for the complete action sets - there are approx 200 actions in 11 sets in total. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Apple Mac versions of Adobe Photoshop (all functions are CS compatible)
