Access VC++ via VB6

At the following link, source code to drive the MyBlasterUSBRF is provided in Visual C++ [login to view URL] I need a way to drive the same device using Visual Basic 6, since I don't know a thing about VC++. The selected programmer can either completely rewrite the code in VB6 or provide an interface to the drivers that a VB6 program can use. (An OCX or DLL, for example.) If necessary, I will send the selected programmer the required device for his/her development work.
