Access My University Account (PHP Coder Needed)

I need to access my university account at [login to view URL] but I cannot produce my ID as I don't own a scanner. I am in a wheelchair so access to the campus is difficult as I was doing a distance learning course whereby I worked from home. This is tricky for me to do as I often struggle with passwords and my usernames for various accounts. All I need to do is either get into my old account or create a new account. I'm sure if you have the right skills you will be able to figure out how to create a new account for me. Then, I can contact my old lecturer and get them to reset the admin. I've called the campus so many times that I'm going crazy with them as they just aren't being helpful and said there is nothing they can do. I need to access the site to be able to showcase my CV as it carries more weight for future career moves if my CV is on the site where I gained my qualification. I have other PHP coding needing doing for a project I'm doing, but if you can do this then I will gladly explain in a new job profile on Freelancer for the next bit of work. Let me know your availability, whether you can do what I need (is it even possible?) and if you're available for more PHP work in the near future.
