Basic iPhone App - 3.0

I'm looking for a developer who can make me a simple iphone app. I want a basic shell, which I can edit, and modify, so its an easy project. I'm looking for a 1 page iphone app, which can get pictures from my server, and I can update the pictures, and users can download the updated pictures. Again I only need the basic code, and I can do the rest myself. I would also like you to use the new 3.O Beta Developer toolkit. We can negotiate on the project details, if its too much work for the price. I'm not looking to spend to much, probably $30 or less. I will accept a bid in a few days, again my price, and project are negotiable.
