APIs to trade with Forex

Description as follows : I have a PHP scripts what should work 5 days a week 24h, with full Forex time. Inside this script : 1. An API (description and sample code is available) should to poll currency pairs quotas in realtime or every 20 seconds, depens what is avalable. These parameters should be sent to the PHP for further signal calculation. 2. When a signal occurs a set of parameters will sent to another API (description and sample code is available) which will do the purchase process automatically. A return ticket should be sent to PHP. The purchase process will be : - Check if any oposite positions are open. (i.e. when to buy close all available sell positions etc, trailing stop, etc) Parameterprocess will be provided. What I need now is a ready to use script, means - PHP which will call the poll APIs and sent currency parameter back to PHP - PHP call for the purchase API. - A description about what is what. - a brief test that it works. Is this possible and if yes how much will it cost ?
