Android / iPhone app needed - very small

I need a very simplistic interface to launch a live stream my internet radio station broadcasts. This project will grow in scale, but Phase 1 is the skeleton and core. Need an Android and iPhone port. One click 'play button' to connect to our stream, which is always on 24x7x365. Later on, we will add a full directory of artists that we feature and the ability to play on demand content. Integrating some sort of ad on the screen would be ideal since we are an ad supported station. I am a C++ and VB programmer and could get this done personally, but I would rather source it out and use my time in developing our main site. I expect it to be around a 20 hour or so job. If you have created apps before (which I hope you have if you apply to this), I am sure you have your framework in place, and you won't have to add much code to make this functional. Selected person will get future projects with us developing this app into a more robust Pandora-like app.
