Android App - uploading customer data

The project is an android application run on 4.01 (ice cream sandwich), Im creating an application for my company and it needs to upload customer details (say name, email, number, etc.) and along with a picture of the customer that is saved in sd-card (find picture through a file browser) to my web-server and store it into a MySQL database. I then need to also post this picture along with some text to my company's Facebook wall and twitter account. If i can also post this detail on the customers wall it would be great as well. This code needs to be written using a modular approach, this is because this app has other features that are being developed and this application in the future shall be able to be modified. The code also needs to be clean and clearly commented, and shall be reusable.
