apartment rental website

I need a multilanguage website to help me rent the apartment I have in Europe. I need to complete the website in 3 phases. This bid is for phase 1 only, which purpose is to give information about the apartment and availability and provide potential customer with the way to contact me. Please note that in phase 1 I only need english version of all pages. However the site must be built keeping in mind that it will have other language versions. The text and content of most pages in phase 1 should be coming from the database the reason for this is that I want to be able to modify html myself. which means that we have a common frame for the site and part or the entire content of the page is customizable. phase 1 includes few admin pages that help me enter and save html for the pages. please see the visio file attached. Please note that this bid os for phase 1 of the project only. Visio document includes the entire project. Please senfd me links to the wesites you have designed already or proposed design with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 2003 server. website should be built on asp.net 2.0 c# and backend is sql server. designed for IE 6 or later.
