Design new Theme/Skin/Style

I am looking for someone with experience designing a Theme (Skin and Style) for an ASP Community Starter Kit. This is a database driven website.

This requires that you take the existing Theme (which consists of a skin and stylesheet) and add the new design without losing any of the functionality. Or add the existing functionality to your new design.

This is NOT a simple Website Design job. You must know how to work with an asp page that pulls all the content from a database.

I do not want anything fancy.

I just want a variation of the ARC theme that is easy to maintain and make changes to.

Here's a list of some of the simple changes I'd like done:

1- Ability to easily change the width. Right now it's too big and runs off the browser window. I'd like it to fit within the browser or be fixed at a smaller width of 750.

2- I'd like a different color scheme with an updated design (look and feel). Again nothing fancy, but more up to date.

I want to keep all the functionality of the Starter Kit.

I'd like to know if you have ever worked on a website that is database driven.

I'm attaching the Theme that I want redesigned.

Please look at the code and let me know how you will do this job.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
