Database Software

I had a coder working on this project, however he's now in the hospital due to health reasons. He wanted to continue work with me, however physically can not, I'm in need of completing this application ASAP. I've got a software application that needs to be cleaned up considerably. I had a coder develop it and have been informed by a number of other coders that it needs to be re-worked to enable it run faster and smoother. One section I know needs to be completely re-written. This is a fully automated SQL database driven reservation system. There are a few things that have to be completed and a few other things that have to be re-worked to run better. I would imagine this project to take one person 1 month of work to complete. I've enclosed a list (in zip format) of the major problems that I'm faced with. I can go into more detail of this once I accept your bid. This project needs to be looked at entirely. All aspects will need to be cleaned up. Copyrighted program code can be obtained at: [login to view URL] (I think this is the file it's 15MB) Please only submit a bid if you are very good at programming in VB.NET and ASP.NET with webservice and database. You must be fluent in English. The deadline is a must for completion! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.NET ASP.NET SQL I'll look at other platforms, but this means a complete re-write of everything.
