Customizable website ASP ASP.NET must be ready to provide

Hi, We currently "Lease" our website software and on sell it from a supplier. We have been having issue with them and need to move on/change ASAP. We are looking for a ready made package in either asp or asp.net. That allows someone to login to admin and change everything on the site. eg. I'm after a content management system, that is allready designed and ready to use. Due to time constraints i dont have time to wait for someone to design one. Im wanting to buy a good quality CMS that has allready been built and is working! Needs to be able to have. CUSTOMIZABLE MENUS(colours, buttons, images). CUSTOMIZABLE LAYOUT CUSTOMIZABLE CONTENT BACKGROUND IMAGE(which doesnt come through on the body, see [[login to view URL]][1] for an example) HAS A WYSIWIG EDITOR(can insert/upload flash, images tables if i need to purchase a license for the editor i am happy to do so as long as it is functional and does the job etc etc) Set formatting for a contact us page. (<[login to view URL]>) Basically im wanting a system where it is completly customizable. The abillity to create, edit , delete pages. The abillity to show pages in the menu system or not. A newsletter system, which archives and people can sign up to. I need this delivered in 48hrs of acceptance. If you have a system you have allready designed then place a bid.
