Completing --- web based service billing system and warranty tracking(repost)

(no payment system is required) The three main componenets are necessary - member based account system for field repair companies to submit invoices for their work - web form based claims ( with validation) forms for submitting invoice for parts and labour - Administering, reporting and tracking Please refer to the attached files for details. they contain the basic forms to be developed.
