Complete re-design of exsisting site

The site I need re-designed is [login to view URL] The site Im trying to make it like is [login to view URL] Im not happy with my current site and dont wanna go LIVE with something im not 100% happy with. The current site is from my first job placement on RAC. I wasnt sure what I wanted or what I needed but I'm well aware of both now. What I want/need -A site that mimics [login to view URL] -A database that combines the forums with the shopping cart database. I want one login that will allow the user to access the forums and buy items through the shopping cart. -I want the page coded in ASP -I want to have it where the "buy" buttons are directly linked to the stock inventory. The less stock of an item the more I want the buy button to rotate faster and [login to view URL] users will have no idea how much inventory there is of an item. They can only guess by the buy button. -Must have a newsletter feature -Must have a "Send a friend" feature where a person can enter there email and a friends email and send them the link -Must have a bookmark button to bookmark the page -Must have a feedback submit form -I want ASP forums -The shopping cart software iam using is [login to view URL] -I want a database that can generate graphs based on who bought what, when they bought it,how many were sold, stuff like that -I want this site to look profesional -Must speak english and communicate with me on yahoo messenger/AIM -Must meet deadlines and work hard Im sure theres more I want done but have forgoten for now. If you dont think you can make a site like this pls dont post a bid. I want someone confident enough. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
