Complete High End E-Commerce Site

I need a complete, High end e-commerce site with all the features, including credit card and check processing. It should have back end and an advanced product managing features. This is going to be a site with over 50000 items for sale, I need a lot of features and everything dynamically managed. Security is another concern of mine, and for the shopping cart I need you to use something papular and existing. I need you to show me example of the best shopping carts, also which is the best one from the open source ones. I've heard of Miva, but I'm looking for something be more flexable and customizable. IMPORTANT: I'm looking for the best company or individual to do this from start to end, and I need High End design and functionality. So what I need is a list of your Best sites that you've done from scratch and that are E-Commerce sites with shopping cart and credit card. Note: I don't need you to show me your old crappy sites, again I need your best ones, I'm going to check out every single one, so if I see a crappy site or a site in testing stages, you won't be selected. ONLY list your best designed sites that are complete and functioning now. I'm more interested in .Net but php/asp/cfm could work too, but again I need HIGH END sites, with MODERN DESIGNS, love the 3d looks. What I need from you: 1. list your best sites. 2.
