Community site

I want to develop a community site. Only serious and experienced bidders please. I need you to sign the attached standard Non Disclosure Agreement and send it back to me before you contact me. I will not entertain bidders that contact me and not send the NDA. When you contact me, I want to see: 1. signed NDA 2. porfolio or a list of your previous experience 3. provide me username/password for both front end and admin area so I can see what you are capable of. 4. your company website 5. list of references and what kind of work did you do for them. I will not look at bids that do not answer the 5 questions I pointed above. I will not accept bids in higher than $600. I will not accept and will report bidders who raise their price later. Good luck! I'm looking for a long term provider not a provider that likes "quick and easy job".
