1)I need a website where users will be able to upload brief content pictures+text (and maybe video, but analyze this) in preselected templates please see demo in [login to view URL] then the user should be able to seen this content in J2ME app in their handsets 2)the target is that users will be able to upload their own content in a website, and that this content will be able to be downloaded an seen in java handsets, with a j2me application 3)In order to do this, they should sign up in order to have an account and have access to upload content (same as [login to view URL]) 4)let´s say the number of pages per magazine is between 3-6 5)each user should select the category where their magazine should be found if somebody visits thew web 7) the sample of this is a place called [login to view URL] 8)Like everyweek the magazine guys may post new content, this simplies a new version, so the j2me app, should save the issues in the handset until the user want to delete them. 9)it is assumed the j2me should be used for handset application , but this project is open to suggestions Budget is US$500
