We would like to build a car rental reservation system. This application will act as a central availability system for many car rental offices. Every car rental agent would have the ability to add his cars, rates, availability. The central admin would have the ability to add car rental companies. All data will be stored at the same database. Every agent would have his own site with availability and online reservation system and the central administrator would have the ability to have one superstore from where he would be able to rent cars from the car rental offices he has add and collect a commission on every booking made from his portal. The system will be developed base on OTA XML schemas. The application must be developed with a way that the search forms and the booking procedure to be easy to change the designs. Also I would like to be in many languages for this perpuse I would like the option to translate all the data to lang files and the user to choose the languages. Also I would like the developer to be familiar with OTA ([login to view URL]) in order this application to be compatible with our other applications. Any other travel expertise will be considered as a plus.
