We need to create a calendar application similar to teamspace to facilitate the booking of freight shipments. The premise is to allow our client with multiple plants all in the same physical area to consolidate multiple shipments from their suppliers resulting in freight cost savings. An outline of the requirements include the following; definitions: Release- product release which would be come a freight shipment Skid- unit of measurement usually 48x48x48 MM13- internal expense authorization document BOL- standard bill of lading Requirements View all releases on Calendar in month week or day format Release header is supplier name or consignee if outbound or not PMP Separate calendars for each plant plus global calendar for all Global address book with categories shipper, consignee and suppliers Product profiles for suppliers their code and client code Multiple contacts and locations per supplier Hours of operation After hours contacts with phone, cell email etc Global product list with search Product detail with skid conversion based on order piece count Global release list with search Search releases based on supplier, date, city(distance in future based on mapping tech), state Create release form Supplier, product, piece count, ready date, time, eta, contact, notes, expedite, xltl, ltl Repeat function with identical piece count or different Expedite prompts for MM13 creation Supplier release update/change form Supplier update or change or cancel release, notifications sent to PMP and Critical Drag and drop release updates PMP, Critical or supplier ability to drag releases to alternate dates with notifications sent to related parties Critical/PMP to update eta Auto number BOL Critical/PMP BOL auto-numbered with drop down p/u and del locations and add new Attach BOL to release Critical to attach BOL in PDF to release Internal email function Email between Consignee, shipping company and Suppliers Document storage Public/personal Contact profile as per teamspace
