CSS, C#, Ajax expert

Hi there, First of all, please **read the whole project description** and don't paste your default reply with dozens of links of websites you have completed - we are interested in a specific person and clear answers - we don't want to waste your time. We are proud of our rating and the # of projects we completed on RAC, but this was thanks to developers like yourself who enjoyed working with us. There is one thing in particular which we look for in all our candidates regardless in what capacity they are being retained ?€" and that is attention to detail. We are looking for an **expert** with great **CSS XHTML C#** skills that also is proud of his/her work and pays attention to details and quality. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN **INDIVIDUAL that has all of these skills** - NOT A COMPANY that can offer us a great css/xhtml developer and another with .net programming! There will be a number of different projects over a course of 6 to 12 months, first one starting ASAP and last 6 to 9 weeks. For this reason we have included a basic test to gauge the CSS skills of a potential employee. The test may appears simple on the surface, however attention to detail and following instructions will be paramount to doing a good job at it. The test is as follows: i) you will produce the CSS/HTML (no C# development is required) ii) we test it according to our test criteria (noted below). Applicants who complete the test successfully will be invited for an interview to see if there is a potential for a match. **MORE INFORMATION BELOW** ## Deliverables Test background & requirements: Given the JPG, produce a HTML file and CSS file to render the image in a browser. Things to take note of in the image include: a. That some lines in the boxes align horizontally and vertically b. There are 2 font faces used c. There are multiple heading styles d. There are multiple colors used e. The width of the boxes is fixed, the height depends on amount of content in the large of the 2 boxes f. Some elements in the LEFT col are bottom aligned g. The image in the right col has text wrapping around it Our tests will include: - Changing the color of all text that is one color. The more CSS changes needed the worse the CSS is (example ?€" changing all color in 1 CSS change is much better compared to 10) - Changing the font of all text that is one font. The more CSS changes needed the worse the CSS is - Adding a lot of text. Expected behavior is that both boxes will grow accordingly without any CSS changes. Passing XHTML validation is required We are only interested in hiring expert qualified persons who pay a lot of attention to detail.
