We need a coder to code our site with asp. We need a the code to add to our site [login to view URL] we will give any templates needed. The code must have Log in, log out, sign up clan, edit clan, change roasters, edit personal info, as well as admin controls, a basic example can be found on www.igsleague.com. But must be 50% better than igs since that was coded pearl. We are looking for a coder that will work with us on costs ie: payment plan with contract.....Also in october we will pay what ever is left all at once...we are willing to make any kind of deal we can with the coder.
## Deliverables
Full functions will be discused with the coder ie: what functions we want on the site. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Once coding is done coder can hold the copywrite till we pay all of the fees, once the final payment is paid we want the copywrite in our names...as well as in neoleague name. Also full acknowledgement will be given to the coder on our site. That will also help to promote the coder, also if the coder wants he can join our league as head coder.

on all vers of ie3+ on up....also netscape...and on all windows platforms (win3.0 - winxp)
## Deadline information
Must be willing to give us an example of code in up to 4 weeks ...must have a scoring system on the site...we will better explain it to the coder. Must be a dynamic league ie: able to add too. But main thing is the coder must be willing to do payment plan with us till oct when we will pay full amount...but we will work out any issues that coder has. FULL COPYWRITES will be turned over to neoleague at time of full purchase..with credit going to coder.
