Automated HTML / Webpage Creator Script (or application)

We would like a script created to automate the process of creating html webpages. The script can be in any language as long as it does what we need it to do. We want the script to create webpages base on a template that has dataplaceholders.. e.g in the template there will be a {filename}, {Producttxt} & {ProductPrice} place holder. This data is to then be automatically replaced with the data that we put into the Feedfile. Ideally the feed file data will be in Excel/CSV but if best solution is SQL DB then we are happy to go with that solution as long as it is easy for us to prepare the data feed into the script(or application)to create the HTML pages. I have attached a spreadsheet with an example of the different placeholders and an example data feed sheet and a URL as an example of the expected results. I would also like to be able to add multiple products on the same page with the script/application. Thanks.
