Asp.net coders needed ! weekly contracts(repost)

We have in the process of making a new website and have already several coders working for us. However we are looking for more team members. You need to have experience in C# and asp.net We are looking for someone to work for us for several weeks or months. Projects will be offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. How it will work. We will offer you a phase of the project to complete. The task will involve roughly 40+/- hours per week to complete. Once the work and your phase has been completed you will be paid. Then we can provide you with another phase of the project if you wish to continue. Payment We are not a huge budget company, so we are looking for talented coders at a very low weekly price. The price we are willing to hire a new coder will be $130.00 US per phase. If your interested please leave us your profile details. Hours Like we mentioned the phase will consist of roughly 40 hours. The task will be assigned by our main coder who will provide all your work. You can work in any timezone .. the end result is to provide the work at the end the week. Quality Even thought we understand the budget is very low for some coders .. this project is not for everyone. However we still expect quality work .. and all scripts and codings will be inspected before we clear your payment. Commuication You will be in comunication with our head coder and as well to myself either by email or msn. We would like to have a daily contact with the coders. Please the one thing we ask in bid is to provide your able start date Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
