ASP.net site setup / plesk / mail / domain

I have a private VPS which I will allow you temporary access to. I need to launch an ASP .net 3.5 site. The VPS has a lot of security however you are granted admin access temporarily.
1) You will need to configure the box to use PLESK to launch the site.
2)Assist me in pointing the domain to the server.
3)Help install some mail server and set it up for that domain and another. Preferrably a freeware app and also setup external access for me as an admin to maintain the email.
Please note PLESK is installed an mail program which may be used..
I really need someone to help me launch a site and work with me in all aspects to make sure it runs related to setup and config issues. We may have to modify webconfig for DB..
I also need you to document all setup steps and configs in word (screenshots included) incase the box goes down and I need to rework it all.
