ASP Web Site Link Manager

Require an asp web link manager that will perform the following functions. 1. Page with a form for potential link companies to enter the following information: 1. Select Category from Pull Down Menu ??" from database table 2. Site Name 3. URL 4. Description (max 150 chars) 5. Name (person submitting) 6. Email (person submitting) 2. Data from form goes into Access database including current date / time 3. Form generates email to person submitting with the following 1. Name and email of contact with questions or problems 2. Reciprical link data ??" Site Name / URL / Description 3. Link to click to enter the URL of where reciprical link has been placed 4. Advise that link will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours. 4. Page that shows table of all current link requests that are awaiting approval showing all information. Show URL as link that will open separate window with web site. If link is approved ??" send email to person submitting with approval letter. If not approved ??" send rejection email letter. 5. If link is approved ??" add to links pages under correct category page. 6. Link pages 1. First page list all current categories from table in database ??" expandable 2. Each Category listed will be hyperlink to a page that will then display all the links in that category. 7. All web pages will fit within template of web site format ??" will be provide upon selection. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
