Part 1:
Scenario:
You have been assigned to create a class to store variables that will be reused throughout your Web site. Your manager would like you to create a class named [login to view URL], which will contain the properties for the Web site. The class should define private variables and public properties. You must create a Web page to retrieve and display these values. Create a Web page named [login to view URL] that displays these properties. You need to create properties to store the name of the store (Tara Store), the address (555 Michigan Ave, Chicago IL 60016), e-mail address (I will post this after winner is selected) phone number (800-555-5555), store description (We provide a variety of Irish cultural products including china, crystal, pottery, food, clothing, books, music, jewelry, bridal, and gifts.), number of visitors per year (3,245,120), and tax rate (8%). Add graphics, color, content, and text to enhance the appearance of your Web page.

Part 2:
Use the internet to research the .NET and the Java development environments. List some advantages and disadvantages of each. Why would you choose one over the other?

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
