Database Requirement: Microsocft SQL Platform: Would like to have this developed as a DotNetNuke module. We are going to use the following asp.net control for this project: [login to view URL] You can download a full working demo of this control **_Resource Scheduling Module_** Main screen will show a multi resource scheduling screen The concept is that a resource can be a person, a room, an item etc. This eventually can even be used for equipment rental (phase 2 or 3 of this project). It will allow user to build custom request forms for each resource type. For a room, I might need to specify how many people and additional notes, for a doctor we might need to ask for patient information etc. There will be three level of users ***Administrator*** • Add user and resource • Approve appointment • View appointment list of resource and user • Move appointments between resources ***Resource*** • View his own appointment list ***User*** • Request appointment • View his appointment and status ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
