ASP.NET C# - Digital/Twain Interface and Upload

We require an ASP.NET web page that will allow a user to acquire an image directly from either a WIA device (digital Camera) or a Twain device(Scanner). Once the image has been captured and displayed on the user's screen, the user can crop, rotate, and optimize the image for Internet. Once the user has completed these functions, the image can either be save to a Microsoft SQL server (via Stored Procedure), saved to a local directory on the web server, FTP'ed to a server, or emailed to someone. Ideally, all these features would be built into a component that could be dragged onto a web page by a developer but not required. There are 3rd party products that accomplish parts of this requirements which we have a license to use: ASPmail, ASPImage, SAFileup, ASPsmartupload, ASPhttp, Jmail and ASPupload. You may use these 3rd party products if needed. All code in C#, ASP.NET, or JScript. All C# code must be code-behind. All calls to a database must be via stored procedures. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
