ASP.NET 1.1 framework and in c#

I am building a website that is using this file manager. You can download the sample (free) code at this URL from compenetart: <[login to view URL]>
Part 1:
After downloading and installing the sample files go to the windows explorer example with the splitter. In the [login to view URL] file you will find a javascript function that has this code:

alert("'" + [login to view URL] + "' command was issued on '" + contextItem +"'");
return true;
You will notice that this code is only called when a menu is left clicked on for a file or folder.
Instead of doing a javascript alert I need the code todo a callback to the [login to view URL] file and send an email for the following three things: [login to view URL], contextItem, node(full file path for the folder/file that was clicked). Each of these item must be email as a seperate variable. I will be doing other thinks with the code, but sending the email is what for this project.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
