a search database for emails with tiny community

hello this is my project : it is about a search database for emails .... with very tiny community . features : works on php 5 and mysql safemode : on language :utf-8 seo links (multi language files like wordpress) (link every language to a template system) easy template system. ---- how it works : (profiles that contains emails and it's description , every profile can be in one or more categories ) ------------------------ search : search on part of any email (in results >>> emails will not appear , ONLY profiles names and description appears ) search on description , country i hope the programme will be scalable beacuse we will need to add more features in the future MAIN LANGUAGE WILL BE IN ARABIC SO PLEASE WE WILL USE "LANGUAGE VARIABLES" IN EVERY THING (i will translate variables ) -------------------- will pay from 900$~ 1000$ USD ( control panel option will send to the developer on pm) thanks :)
