We need a information management system that will import data from suppliers website (datafeed) and will message us about various stock related information. With the project one of our primary criteria is time. The developer is to decide a firm delivery date. Beyond which date the project will be considered failed. This aspect of the agreement is absolutely firm. Milestones will be set with each step as described in the Section 21 of the document attached. The max budget for the project is $2000, though you are welcome to bid lower if you are competitive. Please consider the attached document before bidding.
