We are looking for a secure control panel with a registration form.
It must have an attractive look but not over crowded with images.
The database structure will be provided!
Registration Form:
Should ask for...
Username
Password (md5)
Security Key (6 digits number)
State
First & Last Name
Birthday
Gender
Country
Address
City
Postal Code
Beta Code (This is temporary, must include an option to display the beta code in the registration form. 1 = enabled, 0 = Disabled)
Beta Code is a 25 digits code that includes numbers and letters.
Registration form must validate the code, if it isn't valid the registration will not go through.
After the registration is successful, an email will be sent with a welcome message that includes their username and the security key. Along with a link to the control panel.
Login System:
Must ask for the username and password, once the username and password is verified a new form will be coming up asking for their security key(SecurePassword).
Secure password is a 6 digits number asked at the time of the registration.
Note: If it is a :SGM:, :GM:, :DEV: that is logging into the control panel.. the system is going to ask for a random extra password that will be sent to their email address.
This random extra password will be generated at the time that staff member is logging in.
The code is only valid for 10 minutes and they a new code will be required.
Control Panel:
Users Abilities...(Level 0 in DB)
Change Password, Change Security Key (Email Confirmation Required).
They can also see the name of their characters (view only)
SeniorGM Abilities...(Level :SGM: in DB)
Can change their own password, security key, change any of the information from their characters.
Can search for Users and edit their accounts, character names, and races.
Can ban and unban users.
GM Abilities...(Level :GM: in DB)
Can change their own password, security key, change any of the information from their characters.
Can search for users and edit certain information such as character names, but after the character name is changed by the :GM: a message will be sent to anyone from the :SGM: team to approve and then the name will be completely changed.
Dev Ability...(Level :DEV: in DB)
Can change everything and anything in the database without restriction.
I hope I'm not forgetting anything.
The database only has 24 tables, but not all of them are used.
Only 3 to 8 will be used.
I would really like to see ajax to have less loading on pages.
