AJAX DataGrid updates from SQL

Hi guys I need a very simple data grid that needs to update automatically as new information gets added / updated in a SQL database. This is only a POC (proof of concept) project, so the minimum amount of code is required. You can hardcode the db connection properties, and even the SQL query to initially populate the grid with data. After the grid is populated, you can do your AJAX magic for the necessary asynchronous updates. Your list of entities can be of any type, as long as it has at least one state that update, and therefore you can create the SQL table yourself. An example would be a typical stock item, therefore the fields in the table something like: ID Name Availability (1 (InStock) 2(OutOfStock) 3(Ordered) 4(AwaitingDelivery) etc) So to test it I will need to go to a single URL (no user interaction required) and when page loads I must see all the rows that is in the database. Then if I change the Availability value of any item, then in almost real time the row must be updated on the grid. Simple as that. If the concept can be proven, I might request assistance with integrating it with my existing code, which is written in PHP (no framework) but most of the UI is rendered via the Sencha JS framework. If you can do the integration, you will be paid additionally, and if you want, also assist me with other AJAX integration that I might need. (ie similar to the grid, but updates to a TreeView or GoogleMap) (I know the budget is low, but if you can proof your skills, then there will definitely be more opportunities to cash in on your expertise) Thanks, looking forward to your bids.
