Convert an existing Microsoft Word document to a PDF. The Word document has fillable fields the i need carried over to the PDF, and also has check boxes i would like to present as ticks if checked. The fields are to be unlimited length unless they are a date The format of the document is to remain the same after conversion and careful attention to font sizes etc is needed. it will become a form to be down loaded from my website by customers.
