Develop a Mac Application

Recruiting collegiate track athletes involves a highly tedious process of scouring online leader boards and gathering contact information for top high school prospects. In short, I'm wondering if it's possible that given the parameters (state, M/F, track event, performance range in order to be considered "recruitable"), can scrape information regarding the name, high school, and personal best of all athletes of junior year that fall within those parameters (using [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or some other online ranking service) and compile it into a spreadsheet. Now the hard part: for each of these athletes, I also need to get an email contact from their high school through which we can contact the student. Is it possible to build a program that can crawl through a website and try to find the email of a track coach, athletic director/administrator, or guidance counselor who belongs to the high school of each athlete? I understand that each website is formatted very differently and it would be very difficult to write code that work for every one, but the more contacts the program can gather, the better. Ultimately the finished product should be a spreadsheet formatted like so Example: NY Boys Athlete Name - Contact Email - Name and position of contact - High school - Best time Guy person@place Athletic Director Mr. Person Place HS 100M : 10.8 etc. Please let me know if anyone thinks they could do any part of this. I know several coaches that would likely be interested and willing to pay if this could be done. Even the simple task of just gathering names, personal bests, and high schools would be worth something. I'd be happy to answer any questions if any part of this is not clear. The description says mac application but any other format that works is also acceptable. The price is highly negotiable depending on the extent to which the program effectively gathers contacts.
