We own a big website .. basicly we want a desktop app or mobile app for our website .. so people download and have our website directly on their pc. yes its simple what i wrote above .. but what i need more is that app shoud have a control panel like a online panel where i can change the setting when i need such like ftp which make changes on site real time .. like you can develop a app where you only a full iframe of my website .. but i need like in future if change our domain we can change via that panel our website iframe ... my english isn't really good if you can't understand properly private msg me

This is jsut a palceholder bid. Let me see if I understand you well enough: You want a desktop application that will display pages from your site but you want the ability to choose the URLs of those pages? Am I right? If not, you can also explain to me in Italian as I usually understand it when I hear it on TV. :)
