I am in need of an expert MSAccess/VB programmer with good communications skills and a basic understanding of US businness database entry and geography.
The two files attached the .pdf file shows how we print our reports now and the project description file explains the functions of what we need.
This project shouldn't take that long if I dont have to explain standard US business things such as phone numbers have a specific format and are not 35 character long fields and simple address format of city, state, zip etc
I will ask specific questions so if you do not understand this concept that the city of Chicago is located in the state of Illinois, and the county of IL is in Cook County please don't bid.
Payment:
10% on start of project, 20% at half way point, 20% at end point, Remaining 50% when
source code and installation is complete to our satisfaction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
