A .Net/MSSQL website that includes about 20 pages that have SQL database calls in them. All of the calls are embedded in the aspx files. We need to create a dll that contains all of the SQL from the aspx files and modify the aspx files so they call that dll instead of running the SQL themselves.

All the VB.NET or C#.NET code in code behind files compiles into a DLL but I assume you are not using code behind files if the code is in the ASPX files. But if you really want to use DLLs with ASP.NET it is possible using what is known as a Runtime Callable Wrapper to interface with a COM server component. This is a good way to project your intellectual property if that is your goal. The ASP.NET generated DLLs can be decompiled and reverse engineered but a COM server component is more cryptic and cannot be cracked.
