ASP.NET Application -Sql Database

The application will be for Training Institute providing certin courses based on a schedual. The institute deal with another organization which play the roles of paying the fees of the courses to the institute and accept an applicantion request form from the trainee and confirm it on a specific course provided by the institute based on the schedual date. The flow of the application can be summrized as follow: The database will be more or less dealing with entities like Courses,Schedual,Institute, Charity Organization, Trainee, Trainers, City, Student Evaluation, Trainer & training environment Evaluation, Users of the application. The institute will post the courses that they provide, will post the schedual for each course, will assign the trainer for each course. Then The students(the applicant) will select a course from the schedual, they will fill the application and post it. The Application posted by the student will be reviewed by the Charity Organization and confirm the acceptance of the student. When the number of student reach to the course capacity mostly it will be maximum 20 - 25 student for each course, An email will be sent to each student about the course location, date, and summrized titles about the course content. During the course , the Trainer will open an student attendance sheet form and fill it in dailly bases to be tracked from the Charity Organization. When the Course finish , the last day of the course , the student will fill evaluation form about the Trainer and the Institute environment, Only the student can update this evaluation. Only the Charity Organization Can see Trainer and the Institute environment evaluation. The Trainer will fill each student evaluation and Results(There is no Exams) Just evaluation and results. A Template letter will be filled with specfic detail like course number and name and send to specific email to The Charity Org informing them the complete of the course . -The Security of the application will be FORMS AUTHINTICATION Based on Database for the User of the application. -The users will be classified as Institute users, Charity organization users, and the Applicant(trainee) , So the application will give three type of access security control.
