Cell Phone Tracker VIA GPS

What cellphone series will you need to cover?

I have few clarification before bidding for this project. 1) Which mobile should support this GPS tracking system (e.g. Windows mobile based ,Symbian OS based or any generic mobile which have GPS enable facility)? 2) GPS tracking is based on event or continuous tracking (e.g. if user will enter mobile number in web server then only tracking should start)? 3) GPRS enabled system is also required to send Longitude,latitude and altitude information to web server? 4) GSM is required for sending SMS based location information to web server? 5) Source code is also required for deliverable? 6) How much implementation time is allowed for quality product? Total Project details 1) GSM (SMS & DATA CALL) based SCADA communication (RS-232 native driver implemented for GSM comm.) 2) GPRS based SCADA communication system. 3) ORBCOMM satellite modem communication. 4) TAPI based call encryption project on pocket pc. 5) Web based Vehicle Tracking system using Google map interfacing. I have followed complete SDLC process and completed all above projects with in deadline. I can also demonstrate or present some usefull projects high level design. We are using Macro express for unit testing and Bounds checker for dynamic memory leaks. Way of achieving Goal: 1) Study same systems from different vendors. 2) Compare features and prepare more intelligent features. 3) Freeze requirements based on feasibility and use cases. 4) Decide mile stones. 5) Prepared High level and low level design diagram. 6) Extra care for visual ergonomics and usability for GUI design. 7) Mile stone based code implementation. 8) Code review and unit testing. 9) System testing 10) Provides Deliverable
