BUYING: full "mall" affiliate site n and any monitizing cash cowsite

I am in the market to buy websites, if you have a monetizing website and need to liquidate or need money fast, show me financials and lets close. Will buy new for max80-10 depending on potential. Also, would buy a full affiliate "mall" of all categories, filled or unfilled, it doesnt matter, only pricewise. Please include a super design and visible categories with checkout to affiliate. Links SEO friendly, all possible categories known to have at least one affiliate, and if you have direction to the programs better. Finally, a chance to copyright the whole mall at $100/20000 words extra. Other sites of all sorts except illegals are welcome to strut their stuff. Details pls. NO NEED FOR HOSTING, only need help moving depending on site. Will give other rewards like SEO links etc, but keep it within budget or max 200 if it is super and ad making. Traffic doesnt matter to me. I said monetizing, if it is monetizing them im sure traffic is there. I do not need black hat in order to sell quick. I will check.
