C# - condition class - fill in the blank

A simple dll only have 1 method to be fill in blank. The method will use a condition class, which contain some condition data, to check against a datarow. and return true and false * Those methods and condition business object haave already stubbed out in the projects, you just needs to fill in the blank inside this method. Environment Requirement: 1. Visual Studio 2010 2. SQL Server expression 2008 Done: 1. Pass all unit tests (I will provide the unit test) 2. Implemented all coding area which has "NotImplementedException" with correct business logic
